Exhibitors - Insurance & Site Security
The festival is covered by public liability Insurance to £5m - but exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for their own goods at the festival and Creativity Events and the Soil Association will accept no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property from any third party.
Exhibitors are also responsible for any accidents or injuries to the public caused by their products or display stands, and must arrange their own public liability cover.
Creativity Events and the Soil Association will accept no responsibility for loss or damage, or financial loss, due to abandonment or cancellation of the event due to severe inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.
The festival site is outdoors in a city centre but the whole site is fenced and patrolled by 24 hour security. There is no lock up space for stock provided apart from limited cold storage space that must be pre-booked. However, the vast majority of exhibitors leave stock on their stands overnight. The security team will be available throughout the day to assist with any security or safety problems you may have.
